One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
